Boston Tall Ships opens on East Boston Waterfront

About a year ago, it was reported that a restaurant on a moored ship that was planned to open in Charlestown was changed to East Boston. Now we understand that it has opened very quietly.

According to one article From Mass Live, The Tall Ship Boston has now opened in Pier One in Eastie. The company’s website says it has three mahogany bars with views of the city and harbor, and a serving of shellfish, sushi and cooked food. Menu, and various cocktails. The dining establishment is operated by the Navy Yard Hospitality Group (pier 6, ReelHouse) and is located on a 245-foot-long ship. It was originally intended to open in Charlestown Navy Yard, but these plans were subsequently shelved.

The address of The Tall Ship Boston is 1 East Pier Drive, East Boston, MA, 02128. Its website is available at
