I have been trying to include it in my diet at least a few times a month, just for mixing. These Spicy Sriracha Tofu Rice Bowls are a delicious protein-rich meat-free meal that will be ready soon!

  • 14 ounce Super firm tofu, Drain

  • Spray the air fryer with oil.

Instructions for use of air fryer:

  • Transfer the tofu layer by layer to an air fryer and air-fry at 370 degrees Fahrenheit for about 10 to 12 minutes. Shake the basket halfway until the outside is slightly golden and crispy, and the inside is tender.

  • While cooking, add the remaining 2 teaspoons of Sriracha, 2 teaspoons of tamari, 1 teaspoon of sesame oil and sweet chili sauce to the bowl.

  • When the tofu is ready, stir it with the sauce until it is evenly covered. Serve immediately on the rice with edamame, sesame and shallots.
